Conor is an experienced accredited executive coach with a thirty-year track record of running businesses as a founder CEO. Conor now leverages this extensive ‘coal-face’ business experience with his experience as an executive coach to support leaders and teams to unlock and drive performance in themselves, their teams and their business.
Conor began his career in financial services and over the last thirty years has launched, built, scaled and ultimately sold businesses in this sector in both Ireland and in Asia.
Conor currently works with senior leaders and executive teams at various stages of growth across a wide range of sectors including financial services and technology. His challenging yet supportive coaching style is focused on enabling real sustainable change to drive results. Conor understands first-hand the challenges leaders and executive teams face day to day in driving business performance both domestically and internationally and from this vantage point and his extensive coaching experience, he knows the questions to ask to best support his clients.
Conor also sits on the Boards of a number of technology companies as an Non-Executive Director.

Having founded, built, acquired, and sold several successful start-ups over the years, Conor has gained a wealth of hands-on practical experience of managing high potential businesses in fast paced and often challenging environments.
With extensive CEO experience of managing large high-performance teams in multi million Euro turnover environments, Conor is a leading figure within the Irish Mobile Communications and Data Security industries.
Over the past decade Conor’s experience has placed him in demand to provide executive coaching and support services, and he has advised and provided strategic direction to many C Suite executives in international businesses including Arvato Bertelsmann, Dixons Carphone PLC, An Post, OneView Healthcare PLC. His role is typically that of change specialist, strategic advisor, trusted voice, and confidante.

With over 30 years’ experience in the property sector, Stephen has received numerous industry awards in recognition of his expertise, including Property Entrepreneur of the Year (KPMG/Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards)
Stephen McCarthy is the Founder of Minaun Capital, a real estate investment fund which is building a commercial property investment portfolio across Ireland and the UK.
Prior to this, Stephen was the CEO of BidX1, Europe’s leading digital property investment platform, a business which he also founded. Headquartered in Dublin and with operations across five markets, the Private Equity-backed company has sold more than 15,000 properties to date, equating to a Gross Transaction Value of over €3 billion.
McCarthy’s career started in the US, where he spent 11 years working for Mercedes. On his return to Ireland, Stephen had a vision for kick-starting a property market hit by the Global Financial Crisis. He founded BidX1 – initially a Joint Venture with UK auctioneers Allsop LLP – in Dublin in 2011, holding large-scale auctions in the RDS which regularly attracted thousands of attendees.
McCarthy also wanted to embrace the digital transformation that he’d seen in other sectors. Following two years of research and development, he pioneered Ireland’s first fully online auctions in 2015.
